Refund and Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable deposit
All bookings require a £30 non-refundable deposit unless the CMS changes the deposit amount. This deposit reserves the booking request and covers administration and availability planning.
Remaining balance
The remaining balance is shown in the customer account after a booking is created. If the deposit is paid and a balance remains, the account page will show a payment button for the remaining balance.
Cancellations
- Pending bookings may be rejected or cancelled by staff.
- Accepted bookings may be cancelled by Little Stompers if staff become unavailable, there is a safeguarding concern, or essential details are missing.
- Refunds for any amount beyond the non-refundable deposit are reviewed case by case.
Stripe timing
Refund timing depends on Stripe and the customer’s bank/card provider.
