Terms of Service

These terms explain how Little Stompers accounts, bookings, rewards, discounts and payments work.

Bookings

• A booking request is not confirmed until Little Stompers accepts it.
• Customers must provide accurate parent/carer details, child details, emergency contact details, address, date and time.
• Little Stompers may reject, cancel or ask to change a booking where staff are unavailable, details are incomplete, safeguarding concerns exist, or payment is not completed.

Deposits and payments

• All bookings require a £30 non-refundable deposit unless the CMS changes the deposit amount.
• The remaining balance is payable after the deposit has been paid and before or by the agreed booking time.
• Payments and invoices are handled by Stripe. The website does not store full card details.

Rewards and discounts

• Lily pad rewards are added automatically when a booking is fully paid, unless changed in the CMS.
• Every configured number of lily pad hops unlocks the configured reward, such as a free hour.
• Discount codes and account discounts may be changed, paused or withdrawn by Little Stompers. Confirmed bookings keep the price agreed at checkout unless both sides agree otherwise.

Accounts and linked parents

• Booking creates or updates a parent/carer account.
• Linked parent accounts can access shared child and booking information.
• Account holders are responsible for keeping login details safe.
